Los Alamos County Appears Among the National Association of Realtor's List of Top "Work from Home" U.S. Counties NAR’s 2020 “Work from Home” Counties report examined the current share of workers already working from home in more than 3,000 U.S. counties, along with several factors expected to support the remote work trend, including: internet connectivity, the percentage of workers in office-related jobs, home affordability, urbanization, and a county’s population growth.

During this period of turmoil, I have been reflecting on our history.  I am troubled by the cultural shift in the U.S.  It seems Americans have forgotten what it means to be an American, perhaps they don’t even know where we came from…

 

A couple months ago we celebrated our Independence Day, which is a secession holiday.  After all, the right to alter or abolish a government and form a new one is the foundation of American political thought.  It is rooted in the idea that the people are sovereign and not the government.

It has come to my attention that many folks are not aware of Biden’s tax proposals.  Being an unconventional gal, and an economist, I tend to focus on the economic side of issues.  Hence my focus on taxes for the election – especially given the state of the economy.  Not to mention the proposal's will significantly impact the real estate market. 

Please know I am not a Trump fan by any means – this is not written to support him whatsoever – this is simply to disseminate and digest Biden’s position as his proposals will be the largest tax hikes in U.S. history. 

Below is an outline of the major components:
