A multi-generational native, born in Santa Fe, Ms. Seybold is intimately familiar with both Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. She has watched the community grow and evolve, bringing a wealth of history and knowledge of the region to her clients. In fact, her family played key roles in shaping the development of the region, including the founding of the Los Alamos National Lab.
Ms. Seybold draws upon her extensive business experience to assist her real estate clients. Most recently, she managed North and South American Business Development for TechnipFMC, a global leader in energy (alternative and conventional) equipment, engineering and construction. Over the prior eight years, she worked in positions in mergers and acquisitions, operations, research and development, strategy, negotiations, commercial development, finance and marketing. Before joining the energy industry, Ms. Seybold spent a decade on Wall Street in investment management and banking working for mega-funds as well as Tier 1 investment banks.
Ms. Seybold holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from the Stern School-New York University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania and a Master in International Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies-Johns Hopkins University.
Her love of the area is evidenced by her strong passion for the outdoors, and her choice of Santa Fe as a home after having lived in myriad locations, including abroad. She enjoys competitive sports including running, adventure racing, and mountain bike racing (she won a Colorado state championship) and has climbed all over the world, including setting a first ascent on one of the tallest peaks in South America. She is an avid polo player, and studies yoga.
She serves on the Atalaya Search and Rescue team, and the Memorial Hermann Health System Advisory Council.
