A yearly Santa Fe event you will not want to miss. A Pre-Fiestas tradition in its 94th year, Zozobra brings all of New Mexico together for one night. We burn our troubles away as Old Man Gloom and all of his theatrics burn to the ground. Friday the 31st rain or shine, tickets can be found on burnzozobra.com

The Santa Fe County residential sales statistics through the second quarter of 2018 are complete and though six months is not really substantial enough to see a trend, there are some interesting indications in the strong market.

The first thing that gets attention is a shortened days on market which on the surface is impressive but is partially driven by the procedures of counting days which is used by the source.
